  • Once your booking is confirmed through our website www.tripmaestro.in, we will mail you the Booking ID to the email address provided by you at the time of booking.
  • And you are advised to take a print out of your booking details using our Booking ID and submit/ show it to the hotel reception desk at the time of arrival. Therefore we request you to kindly ensure that, the correct Email-ID & Mobile Number are entered while making the booking.
  • Go to User Login page on ‘tripmaestro.in’
  • Click ‘forgot password’ & enter the email address
  • You will soon receive a detailed instructions to your email provided by you. (Make sure that you have to check your spam folder in case the email ends up there)
  • As a registered member of tripmaestro.in, as an user, we make the process faster and more convenient. It is not necessary to type your details every time when you make a booking.

Once if you have selected your travel destination, travel dates, then you can select “Where you want to go?” in www.tripmaestro.in click “- -SELECT PLACE- -“and pull down menu to sort the results by distance.
The Hotel’s Phone numbers will be sent to you by email after successful booking. It is not necessary to call the hotel for your booking confirmation. We have a team that will ensure your re-confirmation of Hotel booking.
You will receive an email from tripmaestro.in for your Hotel booking confirmation
Once your Hotel booking process completed successfully, you will receive the Hotel Voucher along with Booking details
Minimum 6 to 10 Working days are required to process the refund amount, after your hotel booking cancellation through our website tripmaestro.in.

Please note that Bank may debit refund charges based on the hotel booking cancellation through our website tripmaestro.in
